Our return process is customer-friendly and easy!
We offer a 15-night trial on all types of Pillows so that you can take a note of how your sleeping improves along the way. No questions asked.

Our Customer Delight Team will be happy to help and will contact you within 72 working hours on receiving the request. We will schedule a return pickup at no extra cost. The details will be shared in the email.
Once the return is received we will issue you a full refund to the form of payment you made your purchase with.
In case of a COD return order, we shall ask for your bank details to initiate the return.
In case of a Non-Serviceable Pin Code, we shall request you to ship the pillow back to us and we shall refund the entire shipping amount.
All the products received by us are washed, thoroughly checked and then recycled or donated to local charitable organizations.
We offer a 1-year limited warranty and for further details, kindly refer to the warranty section.
We ensure that our customers are provided a speedy and effective refund process. We request you to kindly contact our Customer Delight Team with your order number, and we will share all relevant details regarding your status of the refund at the earliest.

We usually dispatch all the orders within 2 business days and depending on the courier partner and the city, it would take 3-5 working days to reach the destination**

Once the order is placed and shipped from our end, the tracking number can be checked from the order page. By clicking on the tracking number, you can get access to the details of the shipping.
We accept payments via Debit cards, Credit Cards, Net banking or UPI.
We also offer a COD option for the pin codes that are serviceable under this option with our courier partners.
The MEMORE Memory foam pillow cannot be washed or dry cleaned. To clean the pillow, remove the cover and ventilate the material, or wipe it off carefully using a well- wrung cloth to remove dirt or stains from the surface. However, outer covers can be gently washed with warm water and mild detergent. Please ensure that the outer cover is turned inside out and the zipper is tightly closed. Do not use any fabric softener or bleach.
It is best to use the pillows with a pillowcase or a pillow cover to keep it clean and fresh.
